We will review and honor returns up to 48 hours from the time you received the item(s). Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged and unused merchandise.

  • 1. We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered.

  • 3. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to Exchange Bigger Size in Same Item If Applicable. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • 4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at Care@rudri.in within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • 5. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange / store credit on a case-by-case basis.

  • 11. Please note that once the parcel has been sent across, a valid tracking # has to be provided via an email or a telephonic conversation so that we can trace the product  and get you a confirmation once we receive it

    Most of the products listed on the website are clicked under Professional Photo Shoot studio lights & there might be a slight variation in terms of color when the actual product is delivered.

    Rudri firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual outfit ordered.

    Rudri firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories or jewelry ordered. All color options offered on the net is an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of Rudri outfits. It is practically impossible for Rudri to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium. We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Rudri.in is aware of this genuine problem Rudri faces.

    I have received a faulty item.

    We at Rudri check every item before dispatching to ensure it passes the quality standard check, however there maybe damage(s) due to the handling of package through the carrier. If this is the case we want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our internet sales executive with the order number, the item no, and a description of the fault with a picture to Care@rudri.in

    We'll get back to you within one working day and suggest you the possibilities. If we agree on the items to be sent back to us for replacement, we will email you the required shipping details.

    All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

    The clothes don't fit as desired?

    We will try our level best to create the garment(s) to fit you the best way possible, on the basis of the measurements that you provide us and keeping in mind any specifications you have provided. We will comprehensively check the provided measurements and inform you of any changes needed. In case the measurements are not accurate, or there are any minor alterations, as per Rudri's policy we will not be able to do return or exchange. However, if you wish to make any alterations to the garment, you can ship the garment(s) back to us.

    On such occasion please write to us on Care@rudri.in and we'll get back to you within one working day and suggest you the possibilities. If we agree on the items to be sent back to us for alterations, we will email you the required shipping details. Rudri will not be held responsible for the courier cost, is the sole responsibility of the customer to levies charges on such occasions.

    Currency Exchange Policy Rate
